Our dedicated Advocacy Officers, Alan Smith and Sheena Rohrer, provide free, independent, and impartial support for visually impaired adults, children, and families.

They can help with:

  • Universal Credit
  • Disability Living Allowance (for children)
  • Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
  • Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
  • Income Support
  • Housing and Council Tax Benefit
  • Travel and leisure passes
  • TV Licence concessions

Alan and Sheena are here to help you navigate the benefits system, understand your entitlements, and support you with any difficulties or concerns you may face.

Home visits are also available on request.
